Error on page when trying to activate FlexNet using IE8

When you select Activate for the FlexNet license, if using Internet Explorer 8, an error is shown on the page. The error details say Cannot open an anonymous level security token in IE 8.

 

Change your dcom settings. Set them to Connect and Identify. If you can then activate the license, you can return the settings back to None and Impersonate.
