Detailed Description
For customers using LDVR (non-hybrid systems only), the setting in the ACS.INI file must be set to 0 on all client computers and channel pre-roll values need to be set to 15 or more seconds in order to avoid black screen issues and video not available error messages when recorded video is played back as part of double video on alarm feature. The amount of pre-roll required depends on the video resolution and bitrate that is used. The larger the size and frequency of the frames, the smaller pre-roll time can be configured.Applies To
