Symptom
The Do not activate strike on REX setting (located on the Settings form in the Readers and Doors folder in the System Administration application) does not work for a reader associated with an NGP panel.
2. From the Access Control menu, select Readers and Doors.
3. Select the reader you wish to configure that is associated with the NGP panel.
4. Click the Settings tab.
5. Click [Modify].
6. Select the Main panel controls request to exit processing instead of door controller check box.
7. Click [OK].
