Symptom
"Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\OnGuard\SystemAdministration.exe abnormal program termination" error occurs while using System Administration.
2) Restart the LS Communication Server service and any database services.
Resolution
1) Verify the date and time is correct on the Communication Server and the database server.2) Restart the LS Communication Server service and any database services.
