Symptom
Biometric events do not appear in the Main Alarm Monitor window in Alarm Monitoring.
Follow the steps below to do this.
1) In Alarm Monitoring, select Configure > Alarm Filter.
2) In the Alarm Filter for Main Alarm Monitor window, select Biometric.
3) Click [OK] to save the changes.
Biometric events will now be displayed in Alarm Monitoring.
Resolution
The display of biometric events needs to be enabled in the filter in Alarm Monitoring.Follow the steps below to do this.
1) In Alarm Monitoring, select Configure > Alarm Filter.
2) In the Alarm Filter for Main Alarm Monitor window, select Biometric.
3) Click [OK] to save the changes.
Biometric events will now be displayed in Alarm Monitoring.
