Are HID field programmers supported for use with OnGuard?

OnGuard supports use of the standard HID iClass RW400Prgm Programmer to encode iCLASS cards, but does not support any HID field programmers and software. This is because OnGuard does not support using a seed value as a custom key when encoding iCLASS cards. In OnGuard, the customer’s master key that will secure the HID Access Control Application Area is configured with standard security only. OnGuard cannot create re-keying cards for a custom key (re-keying cards are configuration cards that transfer the custom key to the reader).
