Symptom
When the Do Not Activate Strike on REX option is enabled, the Alarm Shunt feature does not work.
Resolution
This is normal behavior. The shunt relay only works if the strike actually fires.
The shunt is triggered by the command to fire the strike relay, so if the strike never fires, there is no way for the shunt relay to go active.
